Small commissions usually start within 3–4 weeks; kitchens and reconstructions within 6–10 weeks. Your slot date is confirmed in writing with your quote, and we have never missed one yet.

Mostly FSC-certified oak, black walnut, ash and reclaimed pine, finished in natural hard oils and waxes. If you have your own boards — a family barn, a fallen tree — we will grade them and build from yours.

Every project leaves with a five-year workmanship warranty in writing, plus a care kit and a maintenance guide. Bespoke furniture carries a lifetime repair promise at cost — if it ever breaks, we fix it.

Wipe with a damp cloth, never soak, and refresh high-use surfaces with the oil we leave you — two minutes, once a month for worktops, once a year for furniture. Scratches sand out; that is the beauty of real wood.

Yes — furniture ships insured anywhere in the continental US, and our fitting teams regularly work across Arizona. Larger reconstructions beyond 100 miles are quoted with travel itemised, so you can see exactly what it adds.

Please do — every commission includes a mid-build visit. Clients tell us seeing their table on the bench, smelling the fresh shavings, is the highlight of the whole project.
